Everything an employer reads first
Your MOZGII résumé holds what a hiring manager or client actually looks for, in a clean layout that prints well too.
- A title and a short summary in your own words.
- The work you want: full time, part time, freelance and more, and where: on site, hybrid or remote.
- Your positions and education, and the salary you're looking for.
- Skills from a curated catalogue or typed freely, with your favourites shown first.
One switch to publish
Your résumé and skills stay private until you turn them on. One switch publishes them on your public page at your own address, with a QR code for sharing.
You choose what else strangers see too: your real name, country, gender and age each have their own switch.
Found for what you can do
Published skills and résumés are part of MOZGII's AI search. When someone describes a problem in their own words, people with the right skills show up alongside services and listings, even if you've never posted one.
Your plan decides how many skills you can list: 5 on Free, 15 on Pro and 50 on Max. If you ever move down, skills over the limit are set aside, not deleted.
Apply in one tap
When you find a job on MOZGII, you apply in one tap and your résumé goes with it. The employer opens it, marks you as a good fit, maybe or not a fit, and contacts you directly.
Why it matters for your career
A résumé in a folder only helps when you send it. A résumé on a live page, connected to search, can bring work to you. And one link you can share in a message, an email or a QR code beats attaching a PDF every time.
An everyday example
Maya publishes her résumé: interior designer, open to freelance and part-time, hybrid, twelve years of experience. A café owner searching "someone to redesign a small café" finds her skills and messages her that week.
