What your circle is
Your People screen has two sides. You keep shows the members you chose to keep. Keep you shows the members who kept you. Each person shows their skills, whether they have a résumé, and what they offer.
You can keep someone from their public page, from a search result, by scanning their MOZGII code, or after meeting them in person with a handshake.
Why keeping someone matters
Keeping is what opens a person's contact details to you. Until you're connected, their phone number, email and other channels stay closed. Once you are, they open one at a time, when you tap.
That makes a keep a real decision, not a follow. It's how a stranger becomes a contact.
How big your circle can be
Your plan sets the size: 50 people on Free, 500 on Pro and 5,000 on Max. When the list is full, the app tells you once, plainly, and shows what to do about it.
If you ever move to a smaller plan, nobody is deleted. The people you kept stay kept.
Why it matters for your work
Your circle is your working network: the plumber you trust, the client who pays on time, the designer you'd recommend. Keeping them in one place, with their contacts one tap away, saves the hunt through old messages every time you need someone.
An everyday example
Maya keeps Theo after a job goes well, and Theo keeps her back. Next season she opens People, taps his name and calls him. No searching, no lost card.
